    Please note that each and every condition in Autoresponder will consider. If the transaction is recurring, you must select Recurring in the Autoresponder to fire the autoresponder.

    That autoresponder is being triggered for other transactions with the same WID? I thought if the recurring condition was left out the logic will not consider whether it is a recurring or not?

    We reviewed and noticed the order number in the question is a Recurring transaction and the Autoresponder which you are referring to doesn't have a recurring condition which is why it is not firing.

    Hello,

    We are trying to send an autoresponder from a transaction that occurred 11 months ago. The autoresponder has 1 condition on the WID and I've checked that it matches the WID in the C&P Data record. When I click Resend Autoresponder, it is not resent. Please assist.
