Editing recurring subscriptions

A donor asked me to update their recurring donations from quarterly to monthly. Can I do that through Salesforce or Connect? Can the donor edit their subscription frequency?

Sorry, we don't have the option to change the periodicity of the recurring, you may change the next payment date but not the periodicity. All you need to do is cancel the existing recurring and set up a new one. To set up a new one you don't require to ask for the card information from the donor, you can use the "Card On File" option while setting up the new recurring with the desired interval period.
