Receipt not sending

The receipt for this org was not sending in default mode - 00D36000001Fhl7

I had to adjust the receipt settings for the Uplift NW Make a Gift Campaign. I had to move it off "based on receipt settings to get it to work." Can you identify the issue - thanks.

Would you please share the order number which not sending the receipt with default settings i.e. "Based on Receipt Settings" for that Campaign?

We have tested and found no issues with receipt sending. We reviewed the above order number and our logs show that an email notification has been sent to christ*******@*****l.com also the notification email has been sent to don****@upliftnw.org. It looks like our notification emails are ending up in the junk/spam folder.

Please check the junk/spam folder for the notification emails.
