Transaction Patron not added to Campaign as Campaign Member

In the C&P Salesforce App, we have the 'Add PATRON as a campaign member to all campaigns in the hierarchy. e.g. A patron donating to a fundraiser will be added to the Fundraiser Campaign, Team Campaign, if coming from a team page, and the main Campaign.' checkbox checked, but the contacts for the transaction is not being added as a campaign member. Please help us resolve this issue so that the contact on the transaction is added to the campaign. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I was testing with declined transactions and campaign members were not being added. I just submitted a successful transaction and the campaign members were added to both the transaction campaign and the fundraiser campaign. Is there a way to have campaign members added for declined transactions? Thanks.

For declined transactions, it will not add the Campaign member and that is expected behavior.
