Error with Temporary Contact

When processing temporary contacts, I ran into this error: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, Use one of these records?: []--null--507--(CnP_PaaS)--System.DmlException. Screenshot attached.

I've granted access and our Salesforce.com Organization ID is 00Dj0000001q6mG.

We reviewed and noticed that you have the below Duplicate rule for Contact which is causing an issue to process the temp contact.

Please review/deactivate the above rule and try to process the temp contact.
