    Ah, we found that you are at a year old version of our apps for which we have ended the support which is the reason you were unable to establish the connection. Please allow us to upgrade your instance to the latest version of our apps so that you can establish the Connection.

    We noticed that 2 donations didn't get sent to Salesforce and when I explored the transaction log, I discovered that the 2 systems were no longer connected. I've entered a support case on this. The error message I received was "Sorry but we are unable to establish connection to your Salesforce instance. This may be due to a number of factors such as an out-date installation or missing components. Please grant Click & Pledge support access to your Salesforce account and contact support for review of your instance.​" I've granted login access and the company number is 00DA00000000miZ. Account #60442​
