Issue Credit results in Error 3501

I'm trying to refund/issue credit and it isn't working. It says "Error: null---(3501)" Please advise. The Order Number is 32430-2209101556403645253. The Contact is Jordan Lee. Transaction occurred 9/10/2022 12:56 PM. And the amount is $1,625.00.

I've granted access and our org id is 00Dj0000001q6mG.

It might be due to the large amount. Would you please post the above in the support ticket? Our accounts team needs to work with Propay in order to resolve the issue and this way they can keep track of the issue.
