Hello there Click and Pledge,
here is our problem:
When a new donor that is not in our Salesforce database donates to us online:
1) It only creates an "organization record" of that new donor but not "contact record" with C&P Transactions.
2) Sometimes it does not create any "organization record" or "contact record".
Here is an image sample of our C&P Transaction record in our salesforce:

When this occurs, our accountant manually have to create a "contact record" of Andrea (from sample).
Then there is another problem—The C&P Transactions does not link with that particular contact.

Here is our Click and Pledge Setting (Note: we use Non-profit Starter Pack, and using 3.7 versioni of Click and Pledge):

Please help us fix this, only reason why we went with Click and Pledge service is because we did not want double entry with our online donations to salesforce.
Also, I requested 4.0 upgrade and gave your developer our security code on February 3rd, 2012. It's February 24th, 2012 and we still haven't heard anything from your support.
Please help us in fixing this problem ASAP.
