I've granted access for the client org: 00D1U000000EMG8
The recurring set 687107 is active. Staff has tried to cancel the recurring set using the button in Salesforce. After confiming the cancellation, the page reloads but nothing else happens. The status remains Active. I have visited the same recurring set in CONNECT and it is still active there as well.
Please let me know if there is a setting or permission that is incorrect so that I know for future clients.
I have not yet tried to cancel the recurring set in CONNECT because some staff can not access CONNECT and need to be able to cancel from Salesforce directly.
