  • Updating Recurring Campaign

    Hi,
    I've read through the documentation of the new Campaign setup. We do not use SKU at all and we do not want to use SKU. Our current set up is working. Question, how do I update the campaign for a recurring transaction? This is the order number 36448-2203011812531954957
    I went to Connect, and pull up this transaction. I do see "Campaigns", but the only option is to put Connect Campaign. I want to put in the Salesforce ID and SF campaign name, which what was required before this new update. We don't really utilize connect campaign.
    This is a transaction that we set up through Virtual Terminal. The donor would send us a response device and we would credit the SF campaign that's on the device. This SF campaign would not have a SKU or Connect campaign. What do we do to enter the campaign for this recurring transaction? Thanks.

      access has been granted. we print the SF campaign code on a response device so we know which SF campaign to associate the gift with.

        Good day @mjokiman

        The new update has an option that allows you to use the Salesforce Campaign ID in the place of Campaign SKU or Form SKU which can be mapped in SF C&P Settings > Campaign under C&P Transaction Campaign Map or Opportunity Primary Campaign Source Map with the condition: Is Salesforce Campaign Id as shown in the below images.

        In order to update the campaign for a recurring transaction, you will need to update the Campaign in the most recent recurring installment order number:

        And Map it under C&P Settings > Campaign as shown below:
