We sent out a donation ask e-mail last night and have had multiple cards declined from people on our e-mail list, with the status being "Misc. Decline NO REPLY". Can you please tell me what that status means? I'm a bit confused as to why so many people on our list who tried to donate were declined with that status.
Also, one of our donors tried to donate four times using two different cards - all four are showing as declined on our end, but she has requested a refund from us because she intended to donate once and all four attempts are showing on her card statement. Since they're showing as declined for us, I'm unable to issue a refund on three of the attempts. Can you please double check whether or not her cards were charged? The order #s are:
