    Our Salesforce ID is: 00Dd0000000ej33 and 1-week permission has been granted.

    Through monthly reconciling with our bookkeeper I discovered a donation from 3/28/2022 that I was not aware of.
    The C&P Order # is: 21271-2203281007434050391

    When this donation was processed, it did send me a receipt from C&P but did not trigger our Autoresponder thank you message via Salesforce.

    I've clicked "Post to Salesforce" a few times, and it does land in our C&P Temporary Contacts Report. But once I process this Temporary Contact, no Opportunity appears anywhere in Salesforce.
    Please advise.

    There was a workflow or approval field update that caused an error when saving this record. There is an Honoree Email that was missing last "il.com" which was throwing an error. However, we have fixed it and now you can see the donation and autoresponder triggered.
