Since late February transactions from C&P are not positing in Salesforce

  • Since late February transactions from C&P are not positing in Salesforce

    Looked in Transactions in Connect and there is an error under Salesforce since late February 2022. Transactions are not positing? What is the possible cause of this and how can I resync between Salesforce and C&P?

    Since you were a year old versions of our apps, the data stopped posting to your instance. I see that you upgraded to the latest versions last Tuesday and since then data posting to your instance. Regarding the transactions data which was not posted during that period, we can mass post them all for you. Do you want us to push them all into Salesforce?

    If yes please make sure to have your connection confirmed in Connect so the account is connected. Once connected let us know. We will start the push.

    Given this mass push to Salesforce is a path of no return, meaning once a button has been clicked there is no way for going back. We need to ask for your confirmation of a few things:

    Please provide the following:
    • Your Click & Pledge account Number
    • Start Date of transactions
    • End date of transactions
    If you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want us to mark disable for not posted order numbers? please confirm.

      Don't disable anything with the autoresponder.
