Discounted registration is recorded as full-value donation

We have a discount code for free registration for an event. The registrant's credit card is not being charged when they use the discount code. However, the donation record that is created has the donation amount as the full value of the registration; this didn't happen during past events. Org ID is 00Di0000000eL4T. Access has been granted. It looks like you are referring to the Net Donation Amount field on the opportunity object which is not the C&P field:




However, if you want to reflect the discounted amount to that field, you can use mapping at Opportunity: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...nlineArticle=1

Actually, we figured out the issue last night. In the C&P settings for Opportunity, there is an option to select the [Gross Amount] or the [Gross Amount] - [Discount]. The value had been set to Gross amount accidentally by one of our staff. Once we changed it, the donations worked as expected. Please close this issue.
