Is there a plan to add the Form SKU and Campaign SKU fields to Virtual terminal? This would be especially helpful for recurring gifts. If not, I assume that setting the transaction campaign in Virtual Terminal will continue to be filled in subsequent recurring gifts?
Secondly, for the custom questions section in Virtual Terminal, what is the best practice way to leave a blank value as default in picklists? Would a space followed by a semicolon work? If I just leave the options, it defaults to the first one listed (even when the question isn't mandatory).
Also, in Connect we have specific SKUs for picklist question answers that attach to the item SKU and are mapped in C&P Settings. Is there a way to set that up in Virtual Terminal (since the picklist questions don't map by name just by answer SKU)? We could manually add the information to the Item SKU field in VT, but I'd like to be able to set those values attached to the question responses in the backend, so my virtual terminal users don't have to worry about it.
