"Attempt to de-reference a null object" - trying to set up CONNECT

I am getting this notification when trying to go into my C&P Settings in Salesforce:
"Attempt to de-reference a null object. An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)"

We are trying to set up a new transaction ID so that the Campaign SKU is equal to Salesforce Campaign ID.

Our Salesforce Org ID is 00D700000009U0D.
I have granted C&P Support access for 1 week.

So this allowed me to change the settings in Salesforce and set up the rule that the campaign SKU is equal to the Salesforce Campaign ID. However, donations are still coming through as 'Generic CnP Campaign'. Can someone help us?

What do you mean by Generic CnP Campaign? Would you please share the order number so that we can review it?
