The reason you are seeing those blank contacts in the report because those contacts are in C&P Temporary Contacts to review and process from there and those sitting there before we start pushing the data.
We will start pushing the data shortly.

we would like you to push all transactions in Jan/February that are not already in Salesforce.
As long as it doesn't create dupes of the CNP data then it's fine.
I just ran a CNP data report (like your example above) and i am confused about why i am seeing these blanks. do you have any idea why that might be?
also i know our time zones are different - when does your support end for me this morning. I woke early trying to solve this.

Hi good morning.
1. I am looking at all my opps created this month and over the last 24 hours even and it is impossible to tell which ones you just pushed manually. Is there a signifier? it would be ideal if it said Created By CNP USER or something.
2. Also, i don't understand what you mean by "Note: We see that there is a lot of transactions not posted from Feb 26 2022 until the connection is established."
Do you mean the transactions that didn't come through before Feb 28? yes exactly - that is what I am asking you to please push into Salesforce with the CNP order Number.

We have pushed 30 transactions from 2nd Nov 2021. Please review the recently created transactions and let us know if everything going as expected.
Please confirm so that we start pushing all not-posted transactions.
Note: We see that there is a lot of transactions not posted from Feb 26 2022 until the connection is established.

Given this mass push to Salesforce is a path of no return, meaning once a button has been clicked there is no way for going back. We need to ask for your confirmation of a few things:
Please provide the following:
Your Click & Pledge account Number:
Start Date of transactions:
End date of transactions:
If you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want us to mark disable for not posted order numbers? please confirm.
I see that you have Match Mode set to Semi-Automatic Contact Creation (All new contact will sit in C&P Temporary Contacts to review and process from there).
If you want the automation that reviews unresolved Temporary Contacts to re-attempt to match, you need to change that to Fully-automatic Contact Creation.
Please confirm the above so that we start pushing the data.

30362-2112091855301636586 was the ID number. - We push only those transactions which fails to post to your Salesforce instance.
Oh also, there are currently 62 records in Temporary Contacts - can y'all Batch push those into Salesforce? - We can't push contacts. Howerver, in the latest release if you have set Match Mode to Fully-automatic Contact Creationand enable the Auto process C&P Temporary Contacts under Maintenance this will creates an automation that reviews unresolved Temporary Contacts to re-attempt to match.

We are an org that supports women in Ukraine and so there are a ton of donations coming in.
It's more than can be kept up with (a great problem).
But I am noticing that a lot of them are getting stuck in Temporary Contacts even though they are totally new and there is no record that they were trying to match with. I'm confused why they're not going straight in.
I'm afraid i may have messed up a setting today while trying to fix everything. :/Last edited by [email protected]; 03-01-2022, 02:16 AM.
