  • Autoresponder not sending when creating activity history selected

    I updated a couple of autoresponders in Connect to create an email activity history on the Salesforce record after the autoresponder has sent. After making that change, neither of my two active autoresponders (thank you mathis and thank you recurring mathis) were sent over the weekend. I tried sending manually today, and they would not send unless I chose not to create an activity history. I've since set create activity history to none so that they will send, but can you tell me why the autoresponders aren't sending when I choose to create an email activity history?

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that the Kell application is conflicting with our app and not allowing us to create the activity history which is the reason the autoresponder is not firing when you enable the Activity History.

    You will need to review the Kell app to resolve the issue.
