  • Restoring C&P/SF connection and transferring data

    Please upgrade the Salesforce instance ID: 00Di0000000cOG6 with the latest release. Access has been granted for 1 week.

    Since our system was not updated, is there a way to transfer the data of the recent donations that have come in from C&P to SF to avoid having to manually enter all of them?

    We've upgraded your instance with the latest versions of our apps.

    Be sure to re-establish connection with Salesforce: http://cnp.ooo/Salesforce-Connection.

    Yes, once you re-establish the connection, we can mass push the data to your instance if you share the Start Date of transactions and End date of transactions.

    Also, if you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want us to mark disable for not posted order numbers? please confirm.
