  • Recurring Transactions Did Not Process

    Hi, we set up a recurring transaction in December 2021. Order # 36448-211214132514844. I just noticed there hasn't been any transactions processed. I believe we've set it up correctly. Why was there no transactions processed?

    We reviewed the transaction & see that is has posted to Salesforce.

    Please review & let us know if this has posted.

    Please note that this transaction is a pre-authorization transaction with $0. In other words, this has been set for processing on a future date. Pre-Authorization transactions process for $0 and the card token is saved. The transaction is scheduled to run on April 3.
