We have identified the issue. Monday we may release PaaS in which the above issue will be addressed. Please allow us to upgrade your instance with the new release.

For the past couple of days we have been receiving error messages like the one below. I checked the Connect portal and all transactions seem to have posted successfully to Salesforce, do you know what may have caused the messages to be sent? 1 week of login access has been granted, the Organization ID is 00Do0000000an9P.
