C&P Transaction with Missing Opportunity

  • C&P Transaction with Missing Opportunity

    There is a recurring C&P Transaction (32430-220129105619285) for which no Opportunity was created (see screenshot attached). I tried to repost the transaction to Salesforce (as instructed here), but I received an error via email (below). Can you please help us figure out what happened and how to fix it?

    We have identified the issue. Today we may release PaaS in which the above issue will be addressed. Please allow us to upgrade your instance with the new release.

        We have not yet upgraded your instance because we are waiting for your confirmation before we proceed to upgrade.

        However, now we are upgrading your instance with the latest version so moving forward you won't see the above issue.
