Recurring Donations Posting to Salesforce as Soft Credits
Hello! Starting in November, all of our recurring donations that come through C&P are ending up in Salesforce income as soft credits. Can you tell me how I can change this setting back to what it should be?

In order to change the settings, navigate to the contact details page for that respective transaction for which you got the soft credit > click on Add/Update Connection under Connections:
Here you can change SKU so that it won't match any transactions or you can delete the soft credits. It's all up to you:

This is not the case in our instance. We aren't using connections. Our org is00D4S000000DyVX and I've granted access.

Our NPSP settings are:
No changes were made but for some reason all C&P recurring donations are coming in with the primary contact being give the role of softcredit:
