  • Salesforce missing donations from C&P

    New admin of Salesforce org 00D4100000080ap

    Did not "reconnect" org after C&P update (reconnected on 2/8/22)

    C&P transactions for month of February missing from Salesforce instance. Please advise.

    Good day @Rebecca

    If there are few transactions, you can login to the Connect portal and push the data from there. However, if you want we can mass push the data to your instance if you share the Start Date of transactions and End date of transactions.

    Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

        Would you please grant us login access to your SF instance? Also, if you have an autoresponder set up, they will be sent so you may want us to mark disable for not posted order numbers? please confirm.

              Good day @Rebecca

              I see that you have requested to mass push the data for the other two accounts in the Visitor Messages:

              "Thank you for pushing through the data from C&P account (38147)! It looks great!

              Could you repeat this process for our other 2 accounts: 51412 and 60984

              51412 - multiple donations don't show up in SF from the period when syncing wasn't occurring (Feb. 1-7).

              60984 - when syncing wasn't occurring, there were only two donations/transactions made (neither of which show up in SF):

              D. House - $15.00 on 2/7/22
              T. Reeves - $31.50 on 2/6/22

              Could you please push data through from Feb 1-7 from accounts 51412 and 60984. Access to SF granted for 1 week."


              Would you please confirm here so that we can proceed with the mass push?
