New Pricing Clarification

The PLUS plan includes Custom Domain and as it is a new feature it is not included in your plan. Existing clients have all the features they had before and nothing has been removed from your plan.

If you wish to have custom domain then you will need to apply for the PLUS plan.

Currently (TODAY) this is what you have:

• 3.75% + $0.37/transaction
• $1.50 / ACH Deposit - essentially each day you receive money the ACH transfer to your account has $1.50 fee attached to it. If you process every day for 30 days you will pay $45 in ACH deposit in the month.

The above is all of our clients' plan.

Moving forward:

In 90 days you price will change to:

• 3.95% + $0.30/transaction [Please NOTE: increase of 0.20% in processing rate and a reduction of 7 cents per transaction]
• $1.50 / ACH Deposit - essentially each day you receive money the ACH transfer to your account has $1.50 fee attached to it. If you process every day for 30 days you will pay $45 in ACH deposit in the month.

All features you currently have, you will continue to have - no features are removed from your plan.

IF you wish to have custom domain then your price will be:

• 3.95% + $0.30/transaction
• $100/month or $1000/year
• NO ACH deposit fee. This is equal to $45/month if you process everyday for 30 days. This fee will NO LONGER apply if you switch to the monthly plan.

Please keep in mind that with custom domain we will handle your SSL keys and annual renewal of the secure key. Your site will look like:

• https://<something as you set>.urm.org

the domain is completely yours and will not be what it is now: https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/urm/

as you see the existing domain that your site is set to is showing as CONNECT.ClickandPledge.com domain - this will change to whatever domain you set it to.

Hi,

I received notification about the new pricing effective April 2022. This is what it says: There will be different pricing plans for new users on our website, but as a current customer, your organization has been rewarded a 1% discounted rate while keeping all your current features.The price of your plan on April 17th, 2022, will become: 3.95% + $0.30 per transaction + $1.50 deposit fee (max 1 per day).
So 1st question: is the 3.95% already included the 1% discounted rate?

2nd question: Since we're an existing customer, which plan are we on? The plus plan?
