Virtual Terminal Error - Attempt to de-reference a null Object

We have staff trying to access the virtual terminal and they are receiving the following error: "Attempt to de-reference a null object. an unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS). "

This occurs when she tries to open the virtual terminal. The admin can open the terminal but not this staff person - Christine Calderon.
