I didn't include the policy documentation but I did have that already and was able to successfully get an invoice emailed. And when I click on the 'click to pay' button I'm taken to the salesforce site that I added in the settings. But there are no instructions describing how one pays the invoice. Is there a visualforce page provided with a payment form that we are supposed to add to the salesforce site? Are we supposed to iframe in a connect form? How will the payment form know to update the opportunity that was created by the invoice creation process to clossed/won?

Ah, you were missing the C&P Invoice Policy KB article which is required to generate an invoice: https://support.clickandpledge.com/s...invoice-policy
Please review it and let us know if you face any specific issues.
