Alias record error

I get an error message when I try to open up an contact alias record from the C&P Alias Report:

caused by: System.NullPointerException: Attempt to de-reference a null object

Class.CnP_PaaS.CreditTransactions.<init>: line 484, column 1

It was a permission issue. We have assigned the permissions and it is opening now.

Hi Support, thanks. I am able now to open these records, but my staff members are still encountering the same message. Could it be because I am administrator? How can we change permissions so that everyone has access?
