    I've looked at this order in SF and can't find a reason why the autoresponder wouldn't have triggered, but it didn't. If you can give me some guidance, I'd appreciate it!

    We reviewed and noticed that there is no Transaction Campaign value for the above order number but the Autoresponder does have "NOT" condition for the Transaction Campaign which is why the condition didn't satisfy hence responder didn't fire. Please note that when you set the Campaign condition in Autoresponder then there must be some value in the transaction campaign and should not be blank.
