Contact Aliases update failures

We are unable to process temporary contacts. We are repeatedly receiving this error message:

Update failed. First exception on row 0; first error: MISSING_ARGUMENT, Id not specified in an update call: []
Error is in expression '{!save}' in page cnp_paas:aliasviewpage: (CnP_PaaS)



An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS)

Is this something that can be fixed? Help appreciated!

Salesforce Org ID: 00DA00000009DTn. I've granted 1 week login access if needed.

Would you please share the Username who getting the above error and grant us login access from that particular user? Also, share the order number of temp contact as well as the Contact ID to merge with so that we can process and see what is going on.

The error is happening with any and every attempt to merge a contact alias, but here is one as an example:

So sorry, I realized I said temporary contacts in my original post when I meant to say Contact Aliases.

The Contact Alias link you have shared is directed to the Contact view page. Would you please elaborate on your question a little more so that we can better assist you? Are you trying to process temp contact with existing contact? OR are you trying to convert the Alias into the main contact?

Please include the screenshots of what you are referring to.

From the C&P Alias Contact screen, when I select "Copy to Contact & Delete" I am met with the following error message:
