Thank you for creating a user for us. We reviewed and fixed it. It was a permission issue.

Please log in with that user and check now and let us know if you find any issues.

PS: We are using the Case object on the Transaction detail page, but the profile does not have case read permission due to the standard user profile.

I've created a user [email protected] with the email you requested. I'm adding this user to all of the same permission sets as the affected user. It should be ready for use in about 5 minutes

In order to debug the issue, you will need to grant us login access from the user Amuma OR create a user for us with the same profile Amuma has.

Please create a user for us with the profile ATC Standard User and set the email to: [email protected] so that we can login and review the issue.

I have a user that is included in all of the necessary C&P permission sets, but when I log in as them and click into a C&P transaction, I am brought to the C&P Transaction list view. I can not navigate to the C&P Transaction detail page. Can you help me identify the issue and explain the solution so that I can fix this in the future? I've granted access to the org. The Org ID is 00D1U000000EMG8. the Alias of the user that I'm testing is amuma.
