I have a user that is included in all of the necessary C&P permission sets, but when I log in as them and click into a C&P transaction, I am brought to the C&P Transaction list view. I can not navigate to the C&P Transaction detail page. Can you help me identify the issue and explain the solution so that I can fix this in the future? I've granted access to the org. The Org ID is 00D1U000000EMG8. the Alias of the user that I'm testing is amuma. In order to debug the issue, you will need to grant us login access from the user Amuma OR create a user for us with the same profile Amuma has.
Please create a user for us with the profile ATC Standard User and set the email to: [email protected] so that we can login and review the issue.

I've created a user [email protected] with the email you requested. I'm adding this user to all of the same permission sets as the affected user. It should be ready for use in about 5 minutes

Thank you for creating a user for us. We reviewed and fixed it. It was a permission issue.
Please log in with that user and check now and let us know if you find any issues.
PS: We are using the Case object on the Transaction detail page, but the profile does not have case read permission due to the standard user profile.Last edited by CnP.Support.AM; 11-24-2021, 02:13 AM.Regards,
