  • Deposit without matching transactions in Connect - Nov 2 issue?

    We have a deposit of $907.78 from Click & Pledge to our account on 11/04 that does not have a corresponding Settlement Report or any matching Transactions in Connect or Salesforce. I do remember seeing several transactions/event registrations that were marked as PENDING around 11/2, but then had resolved marked AUTHORIZED transactions by the time I got to clearing temp contacts on 11/7. So of course I don't have a record of those PENDING transactions.

    Is it possible our event registrants were charged twice (we haven't heard from anyone yet) or that this isn't supposed to be our sweep? Or we are missing event registrations in Connect AND Salesforce?
    Our bookeeper says everything else lines up with our Connect & C&P event reports except for this unknown $907.78 deposit.

    Please let us know how we can investigate.
