    We have identified the issue. It is only with the Contact object. Account and Opportunity object mapping has no issues with "Replace answer with blank".

    We will address the issue in the next release.

    I see that the following option is causing an issue "Replace answer with blank" check box in mapping. I have forwarded it to our developers to see what is going on.

    However, you can use "Replace text with**" option to uncheck the Conservation Only field as shown below:

    In order to check the Conservation Only field, you can set the "Replace text with**" checked as shown below:

    Hi Amanda,

    The field that was mapped and SHOULD have updated to 'false' is the "Conservation Only" checkbox, which you'll see was not updated.
    I want to map the answer of 'Yes' on a custom question to uncheck the Conservation Only checkbox in Salesforce, so I can't set those values to FALSE/TRUE or it won't make sense for the user.

    Yes, it is possible to uncheck a checkbox with custom mapping. You simply set the condition that would set the field to be blank so that the answer is FALSE.

    I see that you have the Custom Mapping set to either answer 'Yes' or 'No', which may work, I know checkboxes can usually accept TRUE/FALSE, or 1/0 - not sure about Yes/No.
    I typically use TRUE/FALSE.

    The Contact related to the Order has the "I would like to receive updates about the A.T. and the ATC." marked as Yes, and the transaction has processed now. I suspect either someone on our team has corrected this for you, and hasn't responded just yet, or you figured it out already.

    Let us know if this is still not what you expected.

    I have set up the following mapping, but incoming transactions are not processing successfully and I'm getting the following error: "Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 0031U00001wtFCgQAM; first error: INVALID_TYPE_ON_FIELD_IN_RECORD, Conservation Only: value not of required type: : [Conservation_Only__c]--null--3721--(CnP_PaaS)--System.DmlException"

    Is it not possible to uncheck a checkbox (set it to false) using the C&P custom mapping tool?
    Please note- I have deleted the above mapping for now since it was causing issues with incoming transactions.
