Hi, we've successfully processed our first two transactions, however, they are not showing up in the C&P Donations tab in Salesforce. They do show up in the C&P Transactions tab. Please help.

Good day Neely,
What do you mean by Donations? Are you referring to Opportunities?
- Typically when people say "donations" it means they are using the NonProfit Starter Pack? are you using NPSP?
- What version of the application are you using? (see latest version)
- Please check the C&P Data and see if there is an error in the message area of the posted transaction.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.Regards,

Hi,
Yes, we have the NPSP, which uses 'Donations' versus 'Opportunites'.
There are no error messages in the C&P Data tab. I have the following drop down options in the C&P Data tab and none had error messages: All, All 2, and Order View. All the transaction StatusIDs are 1.
We have C&P PaaS version 4.17
Thanks!
Neely
