    Hi, for this order number, I chose the "Create new contact" option but this error came up Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATES_DETECTED, You're creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.: []--null--507--(CnP_PaaS)--System.DmlException

    I deactivated our duplicate rules so this record can be created, it didn't work. Same error still came up.

    I think it's detecting a contact that has the name Marti, while this new contact is Martha. Same address and email. But I know these 2 are different individuals. How else can I get this new contact created? Thanks

    We reviewed and noticed that you have duplicate rule which is causing an issue.

    The first one in the list is causing an issue. Please deactivate it and try to process the temp contact.
