Hi! In our org I have about 17 contacts who are showing up as potential duplicates on my own contact record - perhaps because way back when I processed a batch of people as attendees in the Box Office under my own email or something like that. I can't see anything on their contact records that would cause the duplicate error to be generated. Is it possible for you to take a look? I understand this might not be a C&P issue and I should put a ticket into Salesforce instead; thought it was worth checking with you first in case there is a C&P explanation. If I should contact Salesforce instead, just let me know.
