    Hey there, I think I've diagnosed the issue we're having - I processed several refunds yesterday and started getting this error. And the same is occurring today (after a few successful refunds). The error in Salesforce when attempting to issue credit is "null---(3501)"

    We have about $6,000 more in refunds that I'm hoping to finish processing this week (tomorrow/Friday). Can you help us get permission from ProPay to process those refunds (the funds are available in our bank account)?
