    I suspect this may still be related to the network issues that are being experienced with major providers. May we issue the credit from our end? Would you like a confirmation email sent?

    Could you try this again please? There was an internet outage between 12:15 pm and 2:30 EST that brought down our servers in two locations.

    Error when issuing credit

    When I attempt to issue a credit for order #19513-2105061410546272003 it shows an error
    null---(3501) when I try through Salesforce, and when I try through Connect I receive this message: There was a problem processing your request.
