  • Declined Recurring Donations Marked Pending & Not Creating Close Lost Opportunities

    Hello,

    We are currently running into issues with declined recurring donations not creating closed lost opportunities in SF.
    I've noticed the transaction result for these is being marked as pending in the C&P data XML of these transactions yet in C&P connect they are marked as declined. I'm thinking this is most likely why Salesforce is not creating these as closed lost opportunities. What can be done to make sure these are marked as declined and the closed lost opportunity be created?

    Would you please share those recurring order numbers and remove the authenticator so that we can log in and review your instance?
