Temporary contacts not generating opportunities

Hi,

In Temporary contacts (Salesforce), no opportunities are being created once we've click process. New Accounts will be created but the opportunity does not post. For donations for accounts in our system, donations also do not post. For each of these donations, we've had to go into C&P Connect to post to Salesforce.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you provide an Order Number? The most recent transaction has an Opportunity.

Yeah I have manually created the last few. The last ones that were manually created were
50676-2104281358161395989
and
50676-2104231050321472508

Both of these came into Temporary contacts and on converting them, no oppt was created. thank you.
