Opportunities without campaign

I recently created a new campaign and form in C&P. I have all the Salesforce info entered correctly on in both places, but the Opportunities coming into Salesforce have a blank Primary Campaign Source field. The contacts are being added as Campaign Members, but the Opportunities are missing the data.

I've double checked the C&P settings and compared with other campaigns that are still working correctly.

I submitted a support ticket a few days ago, but didn't get anything back, so I hope this is the right place to get help. Thanks.

Would you please share the order number for which you see no primary campaign for opportunity?

As you can see the condition didn't satisfy which is the reason the Campaign not assigned. You need to add the following condition: "Any or Blank SKU" instead of "SKU Is Blank".
