  • Not getting any Temporary Contacts

    We have our C&P Settings in Salesforce set to semi-automatic matching for Contacts & Accounts, but for the past 20 hours or so we haven't gotten any Temporary Contacts. We have seen transactions successfully post to Salesforce and duplicate contacts created as a result of the transactions, but it's as though they never were sent to Temporary Contacts. Do you know why this would be happening?

      I have given login access. The order number of a duplicate contact is 37312-2103180920290336561, though we have since merged the dupe contacts.

        We reviewed and found that there is a temp contact record in C&P Temporary Contacts. However, if you see any duplicate contacts, please share the order number before merging it so that we can review it.

          Thanks, I can send along any duplicates we find. However, I also noticed this point from the Salesforce PaaS Spring 21 Update:
          • Temporary Contact potential match disabled when more than 100 scheduled jobs are present.
          Can you explain this a little more please? Is this referring to scheduled jobs in Salesforce > Setup > Jobs > Scheduled Jobs? We currently have 76 scheduled jobs. But we have more jobs in Apex Jobs and Background Jobs. Would this be disabling our Temporary Contact potential match? Please advise.
