  • Temp Contact not processing

    I attempted to process a temp contact yesterday, it processed yet the contact did not leave the temp contact queue.

    Salesforce instance ID: 00D6A000001UrXC

    Order number - 28173-2103031509277198800

    It looks like you have processed it as a potential match and in that case, it will be in the queue for 5 mins.

          Our org is having a similar issue. I have processed a few temporary contacts in the past few weeks, matched to existing contacts, and received the following error message:

          "Temporary Contact already process or it will be in queue wait for transaction until settelled"

          However, no opportunity records have been created, and I can no longer find the temporary contacts.

              The bolded numbers are recurring donations which did not automatically generate opportunities on 3/12 and 3/15. The other three I attempted to process at least 24 hours ago.

                It looks like the transactions and opportunities record has been deleted for the above order numbers. However, we have reprocessed the C&P Data and it successfully transacted in your instance. Please review temp contact for the following order number: 51502-2103120912596617024

                  Thank you for your help on this. I see the opportunities which originally did not process. I attempted to process order number 51502-2103120912596617024, but the same issue occurred.

                  Is there any reason why this is occurring?

                          Thank you. I just checked and I see that the opportunities have been generated. Is there any reason why I have been unable to process temporary contacts? You had been given temporary login access under our administrator and not as myself as I am unable to grant temporary login access to C&P. Is there potentially a setting which is not configured correctly for me that would be for our admin?

                            Ah, yes, user must have read and create permission for opportunity and campaign object. May I know the username so that we can review and assign the permissions?
