Pending status on C&P Transaction

Some donations are declined but not posted on SF. Is there a reason why? We have other declined transactions that are posted in SF as opportunities.

There's "posting to Salesforce" - the transaction data is sent from the C&P Account to Salesforce. The primary way this might not happen is if you Salesforce Connection to the C&P Account is down.

Then there's PaaS processing the donation once it arrives, and there's lots of steps to that process that can interfere before the end result of an Opportunity record.

Start with looking at the C&P Data records linked above, and see what the value is for the "Message" field (towards the bottom of the screen) - this will indicate what kind of problem happened during processing.

Could you report back with those Message values?
