Two of our users are experiencing slowness when loading C&P Temporary Contacts. They are both using Google Chrome and the slowness occurs regardless of how many potential matches are found. Occasionally the temp contact opens as quickly as expected (a couple seconds) but for the past week they've noticed it takes minutes to load. Can you let me know why they might be experiencing slowness in this area? They do not experience slowness elsewhere in Salesforce. Are there other pieces of information that would help to troubleshoot? Let me know! Thank you.

I tried to login as the user and grant login access to C&P Support but got an insufficient privileges error. I'm seeing this message related to C&P Support login access "All of the packages from this company are licensed for your entire organization. Only administrators can grant access." Does this mean another user won't be able to grant login access? I'm attaching a screenshot of the login access settings in Salesforce so you can see what I mean.

Ah, it might be a standard profile user which doesn't have the privilege to grant access. However, please create a user for us with the same profile which those users have so that we can login and review it. Also, grant access with your Admin login as well.

Both users are still experiencing the slowness. Would it help if I provide their usernames? They both use the most updated version of Google Chrome for their browser, they experience the slowness no matter how many pending Temporary Contacts there are, no matter how many potential matches are found in Salesforce, no matter if they have many Salesforce tabs open or not, no matter how many other Chrome tabs are generally open. They haven't found any common denominators that might explain this slowness in only 1 area of Salesforce. They otherwise experience speedy page load times for other areas of Salesforce. Please let me know if there if more information I can gather to try to understand this issue. Thanks!
