  • No Longer Exiting After First Match Since Update

    Hello,
    We had our C&P account updated last week on 12/22. As of 12/23, the Primary Campaign Source assigned to Opportunities is not "exiting after FIRST match" but appears to be "exiting after LAST match".

    For example, I have an Opportunity with the SKU of :FEE_YES:UNRES:EMAIL_OT. The Primary Campaign Source should be the Campaign with the ID of 7011R0000010DCiQAM. Instead it is the Campaign with the ID of 7011R000000zqabQAA. Screenshot attached of the order of our Primary Campaign Source mapping.

        We reviewed the above order number and it looks like it assigned the expected Campaign based on the mapping i.e. 7011R0000010DCiQAM. Did you modified the following Opportunity: https://bigshouldersfund.my.salesfor...R00000zHDBaQAO

          Yes, that Opportunity was modified in order to reconcile with finance.

            Ok, when you see the issue, please don't modify the opportunity and share the order number with us so that we can review it.

              Here is another example. Transaction ID - 61121-210110100203410, Opportunity ID - 0061R00000zHUvAQAW.

                Additionally, we have Manual Contact Creation on. However, this Transaction did not create a Temporary Contact. It was processed and automatically created the Opportunities. It is my understanding that with Manual Contact Creation on, a Temporary Contact should always be created irregardless of if the Contact has made a previous C&P Transaction.

                  Regarding the contact creation, are you referring to the following order number that didn't create temp and automatically processed: 61121-210110100203410
