    Hi! Amanda suggested I post this query here. In an active event, people who are assigned to a primary campaign with certain campaign member status are not being assigned the correct status in the campaign. See for example Order No. 28969-2012160944506884472.

    The event is called "NPSA Lectures 2021," and the level is "Shapiro Dec 18 - Member+CPD." Allison should have the campaign member status of "Registered with CPD" but instead is "Registered." The same has happened with anyone who registered for a level including "+CPD" in the name. Everyone in the campaign was assigned the "Registered" status. (The one person with a different status was changed manually.)

    Our Org ID is 00Do0000000I2hr and I've granted access. Thanks!

    Hi Maggie,

    I reviewed the transaction after the call, and could not find any reason why the Campaign Member Status was not assigned according to the current Event settings.
    I did notice you created that level on the event on the same day that 28969-2012160944506884472. was processed, perhaps you didn't set the Campaign Member Status when you created the level, and only added it later? That would still not explain why the other attendees signed up for that level did not get that status, but there's no good way to tell when that Campaign Member Status was set for the event.

    I created a test transaction for the event (28969-201223170149037), and my Contact was assigned to the correct campaign with the correct Campaign Member Status:

    So it does appear to be working fine now.

        Hi Amanda -

        I've had another instance where a registrant is not being assigned the correct campaign status. I doublechecked and the status of the level should be "Registered," but the attendee is in the campaign with the status "Attended." The "Attended" status in our campaign is assigned a "Responded" status, and "Attended" isn't -- in case this is relevant. See attached which shows all the campaign statuses.         It's a level in the same event that you already worked on for this ticket. In this instance, the event level is Lecture 2021 Zellner January, and the attendee is Benito B. Order No. 28969-2101080726431876759.

          I suspect that the status was changed from "Registered" to "Attended" when the Opportunity was added to the "Lecture 2021 Zellner January" campaign.

          I'm still working on why the Opportunity was put on the Lecture 2021 Zellner January campaign when it should have been on the NPSA Lectures 2021 But it looks like all your Opportunities are being assigned to the Levels campaigns.

          I will get back to you about this on Monday.
