Payments not showing up

Hello -

Recently two transactions that i made on the C&P Virtual terminal did not show up on a repot that hasn't had this issue before. The only thing that's different from what i normally do is I put the words "Venmo" for reference number. Both transactions made an opportunity and a c&p transaction would should be showing up in my report but they are not. Attached is an image of the problems.

Your report filters out records that have "Pledge Payment" as the C&P Payment Type:



Both of the above orders have "Pledge Payment" for their C&P Payment Type
