Mapping form fields to Salesforce Opportunity fields

I am new to C&P though have used other apps that integrate to Salesforce before. I'm trying to figure out how to map a field on the form to our Salesforce Opportunity fields. There is a mapping for some of the contact fields but not for opportunity. I looked at custom mapping but that seems to be for adding specific text values, which is not what I want. For example, we have a tribute section on the C&P campaign form and I want the C&P tribute description to match to a "honorarium/memorial title" field in Salesforce. How do I do this? The value will be different in each donors form, so I can't put a common text value in.
I feel like I'm missing something.

Please note that when you don't want to change with specific text then you can leave both fields blank so that whatever value entered by the patron it will populate the field.
